Once your transition packet is submitted, you will need to register to access your accounts on Ameriprise's portal. Here's what you'll need to get started:
You'll need to verify your identity with your Social Security Number
Make sure to check your latest account statement to provide the last name shown
You can register through the secure email or text sent by your Financial Advisor once your transition packet has been received and your information is added to the Ameriprise system.
Visit ameriprise.com and select New User in the log in section to begin. Please be sure your transition packet has been received before attempting registration or else your information may not be in the system yet.

Registration for your Ameriprise account will become available after the transition on February 11. You wont be able to register your account before submitting your transition packet.
