Act quickly to limit the damage. The Federal Trade Commission has created step-by-step instructions on how to handle the process of recovering from identity theft.
In our continuing efforts to keep your accounts safe, you’ll receive a text alert about any transaction flagged as fraud on your debit or credit card. Simply reply Yes to confirm the transaction or No if it's fraudulent (remember – our messages will never ask for your PIN or account number!).
