Exciting news - you can now register your account in Skyla's Digital Banking online or through the mobile app! Psst... were you never enrolled in Parsons FCU's Online or Mobile Banking platform? You'll be able to register as a new user beginning Friday, August 11.
Here's what you'll need handy...
To transfer your registration, your Username must be the same as what you used in Parsons FCU's Online & Mobile Banking platform.
Want to change it? You can do so after registration in your profile settings.
Make sure you have your member account number, checking account number, debit card number, or credit card number handy for Step 3!
If you have more than one, choose the account you consider your primary.

Put in your current Username and Password and click Log In.
After clicking the Log In button, you'll be taken to the Secure Your Account screen - click on Create New Password to continue.
You'll need to verify your identity with your Username, Social Security Number or TIN, and either your member account, checking account, or card number
Choose between an SMS text, email, or voice call to receive a password reset code (psst... this code will only be valid for 5 minutes).
Follow the password requirements to create your new password for Digital Banking. Once created, your registration is complete!

You sure can... but after you re-register! To transfer your registration, you must use your existing Username used when logging into our old platform. (This is how we know who's who during registration!)
Once your account has been registered in the new system, you can go into your settings and change your Username.

All members on an account (both primary and joint) will need to register separately with their own Usernames and Password if they wish to access Digital Banking.
Most members will only need to register once. If you have multiple member account numbers, you’ll be able to view all of your accounts under your new Username once you’re registered!
However, business accounts and some specialty accounts won’t automatically be linked and will need to be registered separately.
If there’s an account you’re on that doesn’t appear on your dashboard, it’s possible the account is hidden. To un-hide an account, click on Settings then choose Accounts. From there, you can click on the pencil icon next to each account to make edits.
Still don’t see the account? Try logging out and back in. If you're still having issues, give us a call at 704.375.0183 or send us a secure message in Digital Banking.
To hide an account, click on Settings the choose Accounts. From there, you can click on the pencil icon next to each account to make edits. You may hide accounts from widgets, such as Dashboard, My Accounts, Transfers, etc. But don't worry, you won’t lose any transaction data and it will all still be there should you decide to come back and un-hide this account.
If any of your accounts end in the last 3 digits, it may be hard to tell them apart on your dashboard. We recommend giving each account its own nickname and color by clicking on Settings and then choosing Accounts. From there, you can click on the pencil icon next to each account to make edits.
You can still get the full account number by selecting each account and selecting Account Details.
You will be able to see 2 years’ worth of statements will be available in Digital Banking.
