Yes – Digital Banking provides secure financial services through a protocol known as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). The SSL prevents other computers along the route from eavesdropping by encrypting all data transmitted between you and our site.

If there’s an account you’re on that doesn’t appear on your dashboard, it’s possible the account is hidden. To un-hide an account, click on Settings then choose Accounts. From there, you can click on the pencil icon next to each account to make edits.
Still don’t see the account? Try logging out and back in. If you're still having issues, give us a call at 704.375.0183 or send us a secure message in Digital Banking.
To hide an account, click on Settings the choose Accounts. From there, you can click on the pencil icon next to each account to make edits. You may hide accounts from widgets, such as Dashboard, My Accounts, Transfers, etc. But don't worry, you won’t lose any transaction data and it will all still be there should you decide to come back and un-hide this account.
If any of your accounts end in the last 3 digits, it may be hard to tell them apart on your dashboard. We recommend giving each account its own nickname and color by clicking on Settings and then choosing Accounts. From there, you can click on the pencil icon next to each account to make edits.
You can still get the full account number by selecting each account and selecting Account Details.
You will be able to see 2 years’ worth of statements will be available in Digital Banking. If you need an older statement than what's shown, please give us a call at 704.375.0183 or send a secure message through Digital Banking.
